Job Description


Salary Offer: RM9.50 per hour Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Contract duration: 3 months contract Job responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to check the physical goods received match the Delivery Order (DO) from supplier and Finished Goods from in-house productions. Responsible to perform Goods Receipt for Productions and vendor 3rd party (MIGO_GR). Responsible to store goods in accurate arrangement and safe conditions. Goods must be stored at specified storages area according to temperature requirements. To manage Finished Goods Products (FIN), pick and pack activities and to ensure accurate item being packed, with the right quantity, lot number, expiry date for delivery. To ensure timely completion of pick and pack to meet cut off time for delivery. Primary responsibility is to check physical goods received match the DO from supplier and finished goods from in-house productions, as per Warehouse SOP. Data entry of stock receiving (productions). Responsible for Goods Receipt for Productions (MIGO_GR). Prepare Finished Goods (FIN) short expiry report ZMIR0024 (weekly basis). Participate in Cycle Count Weekly and Annual Stock Count yearly. Investigate inventory movement history for discrepancy to be reconciled. To ensure physical inventory is tally with book quantity. To have in place an accurate reflection of the Inventory status where physical and system must be tally/accuracy by implementing Monthly Cycle Counts / Stock Count Activities. Responsible for stock accuracy between system and physical stocks, and to conduct investigations to resolve discrepancies. a) Cold Room (2 c To 8 c) b) Room Temperature (25 c) Responsibility to stored goods in accurate arrangement and save conditions. a) Raw Materials (RAWM) b) PPM Finished Goods Products (FIN). c) Packing materials To always keep storages area clean and tidy. Product PPM Finished Goods (FIN) DCM & Supplements (FIN) To lead PPM Finished Goods (FIN), pick and pack activities and to ensure accurate item being packed, with the right quantity, lot number, expiry date for delivery. Local Delivery(Peninsular Malaysia) Export Customer (Singapore / Hong Kong / Macare / PT Dipa To ensure FIFO pick is being adhered to. To ensure timely completion of pick and pack to meet cut off time for delivery at 5.00pm. To ensure Finished Goods be loading into Courier or Others vehicle for deliveries. Parcel to Post GDex Express MXpress Gerimis Baiduri Prepare PPM Finished Goods (FIN) short expiry report ZMIR0024 on every Tuesday (weekly basis). Segregate write off items, pack palletize for disposal. Participate in Annual Stock Count (Preparation and actual stock take.) Investigate inventory movement history for discrepancy to be reconciled. Packaging material stock progress. Prepare Weekly/Monthly report to Warehouse Supervisor. Expired Report (ZMIR0024) Stock Discrepancies (FIN) ZMB52 Packaging Material Stock on hand. Daily housekeeping at working area. Documentation and filling. Job requirements: SPM/Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to understand simple written English.
