Responsibilities:-

2) Receive incoming goods from suppliers and transporters according to delivery schedules.

3) Verify quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.

4) Inspect for damages or discrepancies and report any non-conformance immediately.

5) Record and update inventory in the system or eLogistics system accurately.

6) Handover and segregate goods for proper storage or distribution to relevant departments.

7) Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the receiving area.

8) Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures during receiving operations.

9) Prepare and submit receiving reports and other necessary documentation to Warehouse management.

10) Assist in stock counts and audits as required.

11) Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year working experience in warehouse/receiving or related field (fresh graduates considered). Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems. Able to verify delivery documents and perform stock checking. Familiar with safety, health and environmental practices in receiving area. Able to handle moderate lifting and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work under minimal supervision. Willing to work overtime/weekends when required. For
