Job Description


JOB PURPOSE

  • Execute day to day goods receiving of all inbound Branch Transfers and Returns to meet expected quality service level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive and check all inbound Branch Transfers via courier , air shipment , sea shipment and cold chain shipment in accordance to SOPs and WIs promptly to achieve Receiving KPIs .
  • Escalate to superiors and Quality Executive if conditions of inbound shipment found to have deviations from normal stipulated conditions to ensure deviations are reported to manager of sending warehouse and QA timely .
  • Open up cartons to perform detail checks on the stocks received against the BT documents accurately and promptly to ensure good stocks are put to saleable within target timeline .
  • Raise request to Quality Executive to perform final QC check to ensure QC release to saleable promptly .
  • Report all excess , shortage ,wrong product , wrong batch or damaged stocks to superior to ensure further corrective actions can be taken timely .
  • Segregate products received with discrepancies or damages to their designated locations to ensure these unsaleable stocks will not contaminate or mix with saleable stocks .
  • Putaway all QC released receiving to selected or available saleable locations and submit the Receiving Putaway Slips for data entry into SAP promptly to ensure Receiving KPIs are met.
  • Receive Return Upon Delivery ( RUD ) and trade return stocks from transporters and move them to the designated Returns Area promptly to ensure clear segregation of return stocks .
  • Process all RUDs and Trade Returns promptly to comply with Returns\xe2\x80\x99 SOPs and WIs .
  • Coordinate with QE to seek client\xe2\x80\x99s approval on product disposition of returns or to perform QC checks on saleable returns to ensure Credit Notes can be processed and saleable return stocks can be released to saleable timely .
  • Work with Inventory Clerk to process scrapping of unsaleable trade Returns and stocks in accordance to clients\xe2\x80\x99 or management\xe2\x80\x99s approval to ensure proper control on scrapping .
  • Pick and pack scrapped products and move them to the segregated Destruction Area to ensure proper segregation of scrapped products .
  • Execute other warehouse tasks as assigned by superiors when required to ensure efficient operation in warehouse and achievement of team\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs .
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
