Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To assist manager, Line leader and team leader to perform day to day operational activities/ ad hoc project, and ensure that task carried out in accordance to SOPs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish close working relationships with all Operational Business department, Section Heads, Marketplace team and Client Services Team in communication, development and follow up on inventory/ complaint issues/ parcel dispute/ trade return collection/ SAP transactions/ UAT scenario related to marketplace. To make sure that all the short expiry/ expired stocks are consolidate into dedicated lock and cage locations. To ensure that all scrap note that to be disposed are sent for destruction. To perform system material maintenance and update upon request. To monitor stock on hand and investigate root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action. Work closely with line leader, team leader and managers to ensure daily activities are completed without delay. Deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed at all time. To ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5S. Perform other duties as assigned when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1-2 years experience in similar role Knowledge of warehousing operations, with focus on logistic
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
