The Position Warehouse Assistant
Job Summary
Finished goods warehouse administrative activities for the plant, to ensure real time accurate data entries into ERP according to physical activities and HR Bossnet system updates. Supporting continuous improvement activities for Malaysian warehouses.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain inventory by performing data entry into ERP system for all IC related transactions (Receipt, Shipment, transfers (FG & GIT locations, batch adjustment).
Conduct monthly physical stock count and reconcile variances, strive to ensure physical and system stock tally all time (prepare for Stock count process for every Friday and end month).
Enforcement of 5s, Visual Management and EHS procedure in office, building and equipment upkeep and operations
Complete personal Safety KPI and upload to Enablon,
Supporting team members to ensure on time submission of EHS bottom up reports
Administration for BossNet on staff's Overtime calculation and input applied leave
To update cleaning duty roster, white board, safety KPI board (buletin/memo), prepare audit report for visual management.
Support warehouse to keep Work Instruction, Guideline and SOP up to date
Team player in support the department to achieve the set performance metrics
Perform Ipoh 1 and Ipoh 2 Logistic office, warehouse and project procurement including all ERP entries (Requisition, Purchase Order follow up and Receipts)
To perform Procurement Receipt for Interco transactions (Ipoh 1 & 2)
Monthly update of report & slide (Total Working Hours and OT Breakdown, Product Batch per Delivery Order, Monthly Diesel Consumption & Run Hour of forklift, Visual management audits etc)
Other task as assigned by superior from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Experience :
At least 3 years of experience in warehousing
Knowledge of computerised inventory & tracking systems
Operate mechanical equipment and hand tools
Dynamic, hard worker, open minded & result oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in cross departmental function
Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, ERP, etc)
Possess D driving licence
Languages :
Oral and written communication skills in English and Malay
