As a

Warehouse Assistant

, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, organizing, and storing goods, as well as ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and maintained. You will assist in picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring that all products are handled in compliance with safety and quality standards. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace will be essential in supporting the overall flow of warehouse operations.

Assist in receiving finished goods from production, verifying quantities.

Accurate label and store finished products according to company standards and inventory management procedures.

Help maintain up-to-date inventory records, noting any discrepancies and notifying the supervisor as necessary.

Support the picking, packing, and preparation of finished goods for shipment, ensuring compliance with customer orders and DO issue.

Assist in takeout/pull out finished products for shipments accordingly SOT/DI.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the finished goods warehouse, ensuring all products are stored in designated locations.

Regularly inspect storage areas and shelves for cleanliness and accessibility, addressing any issues promptly.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in warehouse.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to the warehouse supervisor immediately.

Accurately complete necessary documentation for shipping and receiving of finished goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, discrepancies, and other relevant data.

Contribute ideas and feedback for improving warehouse processes, efficiency, and safety practices.

Participate in training and skill development programs to enhance job performance and knowledge of warehouse operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,617.56 per month
