Requirements
Minimum secondary school
Able to work compulsory overtime: 2 hours daily (subject to business needs and order volume)
Able to read, write and speak Malay and English.
Able to work 2 shifts (Morning Shift: 8:00am - 7:00pm) & (Night Shift: 8:00pm - 7:00am)
Responsibilities
1. Outbound
Assisting in warehouse outbound orders from picking to outbound (Handover to 3PL)
Perform duties such as picking, checking and packing.
Able to carry heavy item and handle all parcels/item with care.
Fast learner and system literate (WMS / mobile version) |
Efficiency in work related
2. Inbound
Responsible in handle receiving and put away
Accurately identify, verify, record and receive inbound shipments
Diligent in ensuring data accuracy and completeness of all documents and task
Insure product and packaging quality.
Work with and instruct other individuals in ensuring proper sorting, segregating, staging and flowing of inbound product.
Ensures that all labeling of product and pallets are accurate for put-away in proper location
3. Inventory
Maintain stock movement & prevent losses of warehouse items
Inventory checking and daily cycle counting.
Replenish items at all times
Experience with 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) working concept
Manage stock movement and properly recorded and updated
4. Data entry
Return
Assisting in warehouse inbound outbound | QC | Handover
QC Return item from the buyer
Receiving return from the whole courier (CB Return + Local Return)
Fulfill the whole order to perform pick, pack and handover to 3PL
To perform re-delivery parcel from WH to the buyer upon request via CS/Dispute & PN
