Responsibilities:
1. Supervised receiving, storing, issuing and shipping of inbound and outbound
items
2. Assisted in organizing products in the warehouse.
3. Filled orders according to specified picking list.
4. Checked picked orders, selected proper box size, packed, and prepared for
shipping
5. Picked and packed product for domestic and international shipping
6. Collected and prepared items for shipping via 3PL.
7. Ensured proper packing and handling of outgoing products.
8. Performed quality control to ensure shipment of correct quantity, quality
products
9. Constantly provide and maintain a clean and safe work environment with
proper housekeeping standards.
10. Communicate and collaborate with other team members
11. Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers.
12. Track inventory levels, maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical
counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
13. Ensure enough packing materials to minimize and notify when require
replenishment.
14. Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
15. Optimize warehouse and order processing workflow
16. Assist in any other task as and when assigned
Requirements:
1. Certificate and above
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
3. Experience in warehouse management, logistics or 3PL
4. Familiarity with warehouse management systems
5. Supervisory skills in an advantage
6. Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
7. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Monday to Saturday
(8:30 AM - 5 PM)

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
