Requirements

• Minimum secondary school
• Able to work compulsory overtime: 2 hours daily (subject to business needs and order volume)
• Able to read, write and speak Malay and English.
• Able to work 2 shifts (Morning Shift: 8:00am - 7:00pm ) & (Night Shift: 8:00pm - 7:00am)
• Working Days: 6 days work and 1 rest day / Rotational

Responsibilities
Job Scope
-Outbound
Assisting in warehouse outbound orders from picking to outbound (Handover to 3PL)

• Perform duties such as picking, checking and packing.

• Able to carry heavy item and handle all parcels/item with care.

• Fast learner and system literated ( WMS / mobile version) |

• Efficiency in work related

-Inbound
Responsible in handle receiving and putaway

• Accurately identify, verify, record and receive inbound shipments

• Diligent in ensuring data accuracy and completeness of all documents and task

Insure product and packaging quality.

• Work with and instruct other individuals in ensuring proper sorting, segregating, staging and flowing of inbound product.

• Ensures that all labeling of product and pallets are accurate for put-away in proper location

-Inventory
Maintain stock movement & prevent losses of warehouse items

• Inventory checking and daily cycle counting.

• Replenish items at all times

• Experience with 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) working concept

• Manage stock movement and properly recorded and updated

• Data entry

-Return
Assisting in warehouse inbound outbound | QC | Handover

• QC Return item from the buyer

• Receiving return from the whole courier (CB Return + Local Return)

Fulfill the whole order to perform pick, pack and handover to 3PL

• To perform re-delivery parcel from WH to the buyer upon request via CS/Dispute & PN

• KPI incentives : Up to RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 per month (based on performance)
• Campaign Allowance : RM 15 (Applicable on Double Digit campaign) 10.10/11.11
