-System updating of FGR,ITC,RTC,IWT and location transfer.
-Ensure FGR,IWT,ITC and RTC are updated on time (within 24-48 hours).
-Updating daily cycle count record.
-Maintain proper filing of records and documents.
- Ensure all documents and records are properly filed and readily available.
-Ensure stock location transfer updated within 24 hours.
-Ensure compliance to audit requirement for ISO 9001,14001 and 45000 standards.
-Ensure warehouse storage condition comply with the BOMBA requirement.
-Ensure all checklist for forklifts and other machineries are properly updated and filed.
-Attends to audits by internal and external auditors.
-Ensure all requests are done according to request date.
