Job Description


  • At least 1 year of experience in Admin Clerk Field/Store Assistant/Warehouse assistant
  • Language required: English, BM
  • Must know how to use computer and email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Can work under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading of stock for stock arrival
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Daily data entry, receive orders and billing of sales order/proforma invoice/consignment/stock transfer etc
  • Receiving stock from supplier
  • Assist with any functions of the day to day operations within Store Department including stock check and packing
  • Liaise with Admin Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods
