Job Description

Responsibilites:



Welcome and assist customers in a friendly professional manner. Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials. Service customers delivery, packing, and shipping needs efficiently. Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up. Monitor and ensure smooth operation and parcel pick-up procedures at the Drop-Off Point. Assist, sort & process inbound volume and support drivers in parcel collection. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures at all times. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:



Can work immediately & able to work 6 days a week Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools. Willing to support the team during peak period (OT claim is applicable)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
