to support daily store operations and assist in logistics functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory management, systematic store organization, and effective coordination with the Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including receiving, checking, arranging, and recording stock.
Ensure all store items are organized systematically for easy access and accurate inventory control.
Monitor stock levels, track stock movements, and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Assist in logistics functions, such as preparing and maintaining logistic reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting delivery arrangements.
Work closely with the Logistic Dept to support day-to-day logistics operations.
Prepare simple reports related to both store management and logistics.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and storage areas at all times.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in store/warehouse/logistics field is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word).
Able to work independently and in a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Physically fit to handle store activities.
Able to operate a forklift (possession of a valid forklift license is an advantage).
