Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and unload incoming goods according to delivery documents Verify quantity and condition of goods and report discrepancies or damages Arrange and store products properly following FIFO/FEFO principles Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or distribution Assist in loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts/cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks) Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene requirements Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements

Minimum secondary school education Prior warehouse experience in FMCG or logistics environment is an advantage Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving goods Able to follow instructions and work accurately Team player with a responsible and positive attitude Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required
Skills & Competencies

Basic counting and record-keeping skills Good time management and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Awareness of safety and cleanliness standards
Working Conditions

Warehouse-based environment May involve manual handling and repetitive tasks
