Responsible for warehouse inventory management and administration, claims, people management, managing customer concern, safety at workplace, compliance, cost management and continuous improvement including productivity, lost prevention, people development and customer satisfaction, identify opportunities and implement of continuous improvement. Ensure to meet internal and external expectations.
DUTIES
To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies.
Achieves warehouse KPI by managing administration processes, Inventory and other processes related with warehouse.
Manage operation staff, compile data and submit operation reports on timely manner, conduct regular meeting with operation team, review & submit KPI on monthly and drive continuous improvement.
Accomplish warehouse operation human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling meetings, counseling and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, apprising and reviewing job contribution and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.

To ensure weekly or daily cycle count & periodical stock take to ascertain the actual stock levels & compile stock variance report for Management Review.
To analyze statistics of stock variance report for management review
To compile and ensure accuracy of Billing, inventory and KPI data before send to the interest party.
Attend to customer/management meetings & queries and respond within allowable time.
Maintain staff job performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining and ensure adequate training being provided accordingly.
Ensure & enforce Safety and Security compliance at workplace at its best, report incident & accident and provide CA&PA.
Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations
