Education and Work Experience:

• SPM or higher; basic warehouse management experience preferred.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• A passion for gaming is a plus.
• Flexible with working hours, willing to work overtime, and ready to handle unexpected deliveries.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in warehouse management or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficiency in 3 languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English) is a plus.
• Ablity to work at least half-day on Saturdays.
• Ability to work early or stay late during major promotional periods.
• Having a personal vehicle for deliveries is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Warehouse Management: Assist with daily inbound, outbound, packing, and inventory management tasks, ensuring the safe storage and accurate dispatch of products.
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process and pick up items from the warehouse based on the daily pick-up list.
• Packing & Shipping: Package products securely, label them correctly, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory records and report low stock items.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for daily operations.
• Time Management: Adapt to changes in workload, especially during peak times, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Support Incoming Deliveries: Assist with unloading and moving inventory when deliveries arrive, ensuring the warehouse has sufficient space for new stock.
• Track Emergency Sales: Manage, record, and safeguard any items sold before they are officially entered into stock, and report to the manager to avoid confusion in inventory tracking.
• Attention to Detail: Be observant and alert to potential issues, ensuring the security and safety of warehouse operations.
• Flexibility & Overtime: Adjust working hours to meet delivery schedules, such as arriving early or staying late during peak periods, and be ready to use your own transportation to deliver goods to stores if needed.
