Ensure pick & pack are being carried out by warehouse staff to meet the delivery schedule.Establish control point to minimize on delivery Pick & Pick error.To work closely with courier services for Outstation delivery for timely collection from warehouse and meet ETA to customer.To coordinate monthly meeting with courier service.To ensure pending of Invoices/billing are being followed up and closed accurately.Inventory ManagementTo closely control and monitor IC Adjustment as to reflect physical movement of the inventory in /out of the warehouseTo ensure physical inventory is tally with book quantity.To have in place an accurate reflection of the Inventory status where physical and system must tally to 99.9% accuracy by implementing Monthly Cycle Counts / Stock Count Activities.To take lead in Cycle Count / Stock Take / Reconciliation and Write Off as per approved by ManagerTo keep the inventory fillings up to date.OthersTo ensure have a progressive improve in key functions in warehousing and distribution.To ensure the hygiene and safety guidelines in the warehouse are being adhered to all the time.To ensure keep orderly filing for warehouse operations and archive old documents.Responsible for stock keeping, maintaining accurate inventory and timely delivery of products to customers.Maintaining high standard of internal customer serviceTo prepare report to Supervisor on monthly basis or as needed; e.g. Warehouse Monthly Report, Distribution activity report(Receiving/Packing activities), Expiry Report - Inventory Report, On time Delivery Report.To ensure all the activities are done in warehouse without fail.EducationTypically requires Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or diploma.ExperienceApproximately 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing environment.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
