Job Description

• The candidate must possess at least an SPM/Diploma in Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with handling a forklift is an added advantage.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
• A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, along with experience in warehouse management.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply, as training and mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating an effective warehousing system for materials management. All transaction details must be recorded, including receiving, issuance, storage, stock taking, and inventory data.
• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining records of warehouse transactions.
• Control and monitor the movement of materials during issuance, receiving, and dispatch from the warehouse.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures regarding safety, housekeeping, and security.
• Ensure all parts are properly handled and preserve their quality.
• Responsible for conducting monthly stock checks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse at all times.
• Perform any other duties as prescribed by the Head of Department from time to time.
