• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and systems.
• Experience in order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures to maintain product standards.
• Adherence to safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse environment.

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Performing regular stock counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Assisting in the setup and management of Facebook Live and Instagram Live sales events.
• Ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with the team to streamline and optimize operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the operations manager.
