Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION



Handle inventory processing and prepare items for delivery. Pack and label items accurately according to company standards. Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality. Report damaged, missing, or faulty inventory to the supervisor/manager. Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and for deliveries. Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation of inventory movement. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counts. Ensure workspace and storage areas are clean, organized, free of hazards, and comply with safety requirements. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets. Provide customer service support for self-pickup orders during operating hours (excluding break/lunch time). Follow all company SOPs, health, and safety regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS



Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting works. Willing to work overtime when needed. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and accuracy of inventory. Adheres strictly to health and safety guidelines. Willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.

Mengendalikan pemprosesan inventori dan menyediakan barangan untuk penghantaran. Membungkus dan melabel barangan dengan tepat mengikut standard syarikat. Menerima dan memeriksa barang masuk bagi memastikan ketepatan dan kualiti. Melaporkan inventori yang rosak, hilang atau tidak sempurna kepada penyelia/pengurus. Membantu kerja memuat dan memunggah barangan dari lori serta untuk tujuan penghantaran. Menyelenggara rekod, log, dan dokumentasi pergerakan inventori dengan tepat. Melaksanakan pemeriksaan stok secara berkala dan membantu dalam kiraan kitaran (cycle count). Memastikan kawasan kerja dan tempat penyimpanan sentiasa bersih, teratur, bebas bahaya, serta mematuhi keperluan keselamatan. Bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja untuk mencapai sasaran operasi harian. Memberi sokongan perkhidmatan pelanggan untuk pesanan self-pickup semasa waktu operasi (kecuali waktu rehat). Mematuhi semua SOP syarikat serta peraturan kesihatan dan keselamatan. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

KEPERLUAN



Minimum SPM atau kelayakan setara. Sihat fizikal dan mampu melakukan kerja manual termasuk mengangkat barang. Bersedia bekerja lebih masa apabila diperlukan. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik. Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dengan pengawasan minimum. Teliti serta mementingkan kualiti dan ketepatan inventori. Mematuhi garis panduan keselamatan dan kesihatan. Sedia belajar, menyesuaikan diri, dan berkembang bersama syarikat.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
