RESPONSIBILITIES a) Order Processing \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to receive and process incoming orders. b) Supply Chain Management \xe2\x80\x93 track materials for production and ensure enough supply to meet customer demands. c) Stock Control \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to track inventory levels and predicts when supplies will run out. d) Data Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Examining data to find trends and patterns, to track inventory levels and sales numbers. e) Transportation Logistics \xe2\x80\x93 Tracking inventory and ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely manner. f) Inventory Management \xe2\x80\x93 To track and maintain the supply levels of products in a company\xe2\x80\x99s storage facilities and performing physical inventory counts to ensure that all goods are accounted for at the end of each accounting period. g) Planning and Scheduling \xe2\x80\x93 Able to schedule shipment and keep track of important dates and deadlines. h) Warehouse Management Systems \xe2\x80\x93 Monitor supply level, identify when materials re running low and ensure that all incoming shipments are received properly. REQUIREMENTS a) Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management. b) Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment. c) Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations. d) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. e) Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management. f) Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time. g) Skills to operate common office equipment. h) Diploma or equivalent. i) 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Education:
