Job Description

1 Understand basic warehouse and material handling principles to perform task in accordance with standard procedure. 2 Responsible to check vehicle conditions to ensure sanitation requirements are met based on the Standard Operating Procedures before loading activity. 3 Operate forklift for transporting and loading finished products into trucks in a safe and careful manner adhering to the guidelines by the management. 4 Ensure that product type and conditions are placed in the allocated storage zones efficiently and accurately as per product, quantity and production date stated in the picking list. 5 Regularly conduct inspection of forklift conditions and perform basic maintenance to ensure forklift is in a good condition. 6 Responsible for all finish products to be recorded, keeping variance to the minimum and maintain stocks at an optimal position. 7 Assist in verifying accuracy in order slips, key in and update data entries of finished product into the JDE system. 8 Store the finish products based on First In First Out (FIFO) system. 9 Practice operational staff in compliance with HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers. 10 To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
