• To assist immediate superior in all day to day activities for the smooth of the warehouse and delivery
• Coordinate with the superior to have sufficient workforce to ensure the smooth running of warehouse
• Planning and scheduling of delivery as per stated in Delivery Order (DO)
• To carried out checking final checking before proceed loading the finished goods into lorry
• To brief Lorry Driver and warehouse assistant regarding arrangement of finished goods inside lorry and distribute plan
• In charge for incoming good barcode scanning warehouse management system (WMS)
• To pick, check , pack and label finished goods as stated in sales order (SO)
• To liaise with sales team for any changes either delivery or collection
• To maintain proper documentation record for delivery for future traceability purpose
• To maintain good housekeeping practice and cleanliness in warehouse
• To participate in stock count activities
• Any assignments by the immediate superior from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
• No working experience, school leavers or fresh grads are welcomed to apply (training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an attitude to learn new software and HR systems
• Good and pleasant working attitude
• Willing to learn
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese will be an added advantage. Multilingual preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
• Self-motivated, proactive, disciplined and able to work independently
• Teamwork is essential for our company workflow and culture
• Efficient and good time management
