Job Description

-Fully responsible for both receiving and store operations as well as ensuring proper housekeeping and upkeep of store cleanliness. -Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on-time deliveries. -To inspect incoming goods from suppliers and pre-shipment check for outgoing goods. -To co-ordinate with sales coordinator on KL goods transfer request to ensure prompt delivery to branch office and/or delivery to customer. -Organize regular inventory stock counts and perform reconciliation to stock records when needed. -To collect and check daily vehicle record from lorry driver. Responsible for maintenance, repair works, stationary requests from workers and miscellaneous. -To maintain and update ISO file for store / logistics department and document control. Performance management of workers. -To perform special tasks upon request from management. -Any other responsibilities and authorities stated in the company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Manual and Procedures. Job Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/O level. -2 years of working experience. -Able to operate forklift. -Able to ride motocycle. -Able to work overtime when required. -Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Melayu. -Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills -Candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team. -Multitasking & able to perform in fast pace working environment.
