Job Description

Perform overall administrative duties in accordance with Distribution Centre established procedures. Responsibilities include answering telephones, updating stock cards and inventory records and completing receipt, transfer, delivery and dispatch forms. Data entry in assigned database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the releasing of Pick List and Put-away to warehouse.Posting of Return Receipt to generate Put-away documents to warehouse.Coordinate with respective team on stocks to be returned to warehouse for its collection arrangement and its documentation.Preparation of shipping documents and arrange booking with forwarder.Monitor and follow up with forwarders/drivers on Chop and Sign returns of DO or TS.Answer queries or complaints effectively from both internal / external customers.Filing of records for easy retrieval.Compile and update records for monthly KPI reporting to Warehouse Manager.Preparation of Ecommerce shipping documents.Able to work under pressure, fast pace environment and extra hours when required.Able to work independently and a responsible person.Ad hoc task assigned as and when required.

Completion of Secondary 5 education.2 to 3 years experience in warehouse management system and other computer applications eg. ExcelProficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
