Job Description

The incumbent is responsible to manage and execute stock management activities including receipts storage and issuance to projects or department in the assigned plant) Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Warehouse inventory stock management, ensuring proper arrangement and identification of both raw materials and finished goods and storage \xe2\x80\xa2 End-to-end administration of goods arrival, movement and leaving from warehouse/plants \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration of receipts/issue requisition documents, tallying all incoming and outgoing goods record via proper purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO). \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and record daily count of stock inventory \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all warehouse facilities and equipment are well maintained \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper documentation and recording, traceable when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide daily and monthly report on stock movement record \xe2\x80\xa2 Operate forklift when required for loading and unloading of goods \xe2\x80\xa2 In charge of 5S of warehouse Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min SPM or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skills : Microsoft Excel and Words \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience in related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work with minimal supervision and results oriented while maintaining attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to drive forklift would be added advantage.
