Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of inventory experience in 3PL warehouse/distribution environment. Able to operate forklift. Expert in WMS systems (implementation and optimization experience is a plus). Able to understand English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibility

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders/invoices. Store goods in designated areas following safety and organizational standards. Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery based on orders and instructions. Ensure accurate labelling and documentation for inventory and outgoing shipments. Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stocktaking activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly. Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Assist in loading/unloading of goods as required. Support other logistics or warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
