Responsibilities

Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and ensure proper management in inventory control.
To coordinate and manage store operations in order to ensure the right products/materials are delivered to the right location timely by working closely with operation and engineering teams.
Ensure stock movement tracking are properly documented and updated timely.
Responsible for month-end stock count and prepare inventory reports to Warehouse Executive on monthly basis.
To ensure stock check functions according to the procedures and maintaining stock accuracy.
To coordinate with Procurement for timely delivery of goods and ensure goods quality and quantity during receiving.
To facilitate the return of non-conformance products to suppliers with coordination from Procurement department.
Ensuring sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replenishment by issue Purchase Requisition (PR) to Procurement when necessary to avoid stock out.
Execution of daily 5S activities on cleanliness.
Ensure that all operations at the warehouse are compliant to safety, environmental and health standards.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
