Job Description

Qualifications:



SPM or equivalent, prior experience in warehouse & factory is an advantage. Must be able to speak and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience:



Preferably with 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills & Competencies:



Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse safety procedures. Physically fit to handle manual work and able to lift goods when required. Must be willing to listen and follow instructions. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Possess own transport.

Responsibility: -



Inbound



Receiving of goods from suppliers in organize and accurately. Ensure correct quantity and types of materials or items received. To ensure all stocks receiving are in accordance with right procedures and documentation. Perform put away of goods in timely and organize manner. Organize and rearrange materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards. Ensure all goods are stored in proper manner/correct temperature and 'first expired first out' strictly adhered to. Ensure and maintain the traceability of stored goods.

Outbound



Perform picking processes accurately to fulfil store orders. To ensure all stocks issuing are in accordance with right procedures and documentation. Responsible to handle labelling/re-labelling, shipping, packing, loading, and unloading of materials or items when necessary. Properly handle product for distribution Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued.

Others



Deployment to support Warehouse operations. Coordinate with SCM, F&B or any other Departments as and when needed on any issues related to Warehouse. Overall, in charge to ensure goods are properly stacked, and MHE equipment are properly maintained and general cleanliness of Warehouse facility. Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care. Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date. Record any damaged, missing, or faulty materials or items. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Participate in stock take activity.
