Overview

Alayna Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth handling of goods, accurate inventory records, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders. Assist in unloading and loading goods using manual handling or equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift where applicable). Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of goods according to company procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch. Perform stock replenishment and organize inventory on shelves/racks. Conduct routine stock checks and report discrepancies. Update inventory records in the system or logbooks. Assist with periodic stock-taking activities. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times. Follow all safety guidelines and use warehouse equipment responsibly. Report damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors. Assist Warehouse Supervisor in daily operational tasks. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Provide general support for any ad-hoc warehouse-related duties.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage (training can be provided). Ability to read and understand delivery orders, packing lists, and inventory labels. Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting. Good teamwork, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
