Position : Warehouse Assistant (SAP) - Shift RotationCompany Industry : Aviation MRO
Working Hours : Shift Rotation | Morning: Monday - Saturday (7am - 2.45pm) | Afternoon: Monday - Friday (3pm - 11pm) | Evening: Monday - Friday (10:45pm to 6:40 am)
Working Location : Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Complex A, Mas Engineering, 47200 Subang, SelangorWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Basic RM2,000 to RM3,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefitsWHO CAN APPLY?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent with a CGPA of 3.0 & above.

• Able to converse and write in English

• Knowledge in inventory control and warehouse materials are essential.

• Hands on experience in handling SAP for inbound and outbound transactions

• Understand to read and check on COC, COA and TDS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to conduct daily, periodical inventory and annual Physical Inventory

• Ensure issue quantity captured in system and control accordingly

• Ensure putaway process of materials together with complete documentation - COC, COA and TDS

• Able to identify the material issuance and kitting pick to align to the production requirement

• Ensure all material properly stored with label displayed at all time

• Liaise with Finance on the status of stock level adjustment

• Write off shelf life expired material on monthly basis

• Warehouse temperature control to adhere as per the QCWI and safety requirement

• To assist on Audit and matters related to authority

• To assist on housekeeping (5\'S) of chemical and consumable materials storage

• Review QCWI from time to time, align with current process and procedure

• Report any material discrepancies and damages

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation

• Follow quality service standards and comply with standard procedures, rules and regulation
