JOB SUMMARY
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate staff or parties. Determine visitor needs in a professional manner and offer refreshments to visitor where appropriate.
Answer the phone in a timely manner, take messages and forward calls to the relevant staff.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier and responding to any emails.
Daily check on the cleanliness of the meeting rooms, lobby areas, pantry, guest room and all level of office area.
Monitor and update the use of office equipment are maintain in good condition and report any malfunctions.
Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored and record any damaged, missing or faulty goods.
Prepare documentation including Delivery Orders, Material Take Off / Delivery Order.
Develop and maintain a filing system, Data entry, labelling to ensure all In and Out are recorded accurately into the system.
Ensure all stock are properly stacked & picked according to location in the store while allocating and labelling material in the storage space and re-ordering if stock levels fall too low.
Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and wastage.
Prepare proper packaging for shipment and advice internal parties in term of quality, packing and logistic requirements. Prepare documentation and manage inventory as required.
Assist warehouse supervisor for loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries, material and inventory management at warehouse and site and update all stock / material movement, keeping records of goods, their location and quantity, key in and maintain record in material & inventory system.
Liaise closely with Logistic and related department for delivery and collection items site to site, warehouse to site, to customer or supplier.
Responsible for audit material and inventory at all sites and warehouse by submit weekly report to Superior.
To check and verify warehouse's manpower attendance, overtime, leaves for payroll before submit to superior.
To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
Compliance with security procedures and health & safety.

To strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 auditing SOP requirement and documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
