Key Responsibilities

A. Stock Counting & Verification

Conduct daily stock checks according to count schedules. Verify product codes, batch numbers, and expiry dates against system records.

B. Labelling & Binning

Apply labels and arrange SKUs in the correct bin locations. Assist in re-binning during warehouse re-organisation.

C. Documentation Support

Record stock movement data into ERP/WMS as instructed. Assist in preparing stock count reports for SIC - Inventory.

D. Returns & Quarantine Handling

Move returned or quarantined goods to the designated zone. Ensure all items are handled according to SOPs for controlled products.

E. Safety & Housekeeping

Maintain a clean and organized inventory zone. Follow PPE and warehouse safety guidelines at all times.

Role Requirements

Minimum SPM 1-3 years in warehouse inventory operations preferred English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage) Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Safety Awareness
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
