- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company procedures.
Inventory Support
- Assist in maintaining organized inventory and restocking products as needed.
Shipping Coordination
- Prepare shipping labels and ensure are ready for carrier pickups.
Quality Check
- Prepare quality check on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
General Warehouse Tasks
- Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and follow safety guidelines.
- To assist superior and take up ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment is an advantage.
Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
Physically fit and able to lift and move packages.
Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.
Basic computer skills; experience with barcode scanners or inventory systems is a plus.
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to understand and follow order sheets, product labels, and shipping instructions.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
