Job Description

To inspect all incoming goods on Weight, packaging & Quality Develops and implements effective warehouse layout that accounts for incoming & outgoing stock flow, equipment and product handling systems. Update the product inventory as products are received. Responsible for Pick, Pack, and Label, as per Delivery Order/Invoice or Transfer Note Ensure proper documentation been recorded before, during and after any activity Responsible for stock replenishment Track orders and ensure timely put away or transfer Loading and unloading lorries, vans and other vehicles. Operating a forklift and Reach Truck is an added advantage Perform regular inventory counts and verify the accuracy of physical goods. Daily, Weekly, Monthly & yearly Responsible for for investigating stock differences/discrepancies Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the warehouse and storage area. Safety and Health measures must be enforced at all time. Manage, motivate, train and continuously develop the warehouse team. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Ensure compliance with environmental and waste management policies during warehouse operations. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
