Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, labelling, scanning, storing, organizing, dispatching, goods efficiently and accurately. The role ensures that inventory is maintained correctly, orders are fulfilled on time, and warehouse areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive, inspect, record, pick, sort, scan, organize, and dispatch incoming goods and materials. Unload, label, and store products in designated warehouse areas. Prepare and pack customer orders according to picking lists or transfer orders. Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate stock records using the warehouse management or ERP system. Assist with goods dispatching, shipping documentation, and transport arrangements. Always ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Comply with company safety policies and report any hazards or incidents. Support other operational tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Must maintain good attendance, be punctual, and manage time effectively.
