We are hiring a temporary warehouse assitsant to join our busy team in Shah Alam, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and customer focused environment. Thsi is a two year contract to support the team on a temporary basis.

The Mission:

Support the Group\'s Vision "First in Mind and First in Choice" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization. Promote & implement the core Atlas Copco values of Interaction, innovation & commitment. Establish an efficient, accurate and timely internal warehousing and logistic system to realize the punctual material distribution of the production line, be responsible for the on-site logistics operation of product sales and ensure the safe, timely and accurate delivery operation.

• Ensure that the incoming and outgoing of warehouse materials are accurate and

consistent with SAP, manage and avoid possible differences.

• Manage and optimize the utilization of the whole warehouse area, processes, and

continuous improvement activities.

• Safety always, saving everywhere.
• To ensure parts, packing materials are kept orderly according to procedure in the

storage area.

• To support and report for stock on spare parts and equipment to Warehouse Executive
• To ensure inventory are well maintained and stored in good conditions.
• To carry out good housekeeping in warehouse and yard.
• To perform any other duties given by management.
• Report discrepancy (damage or missing inventory) to Warehouse Executive.
• Operate heavy machine-like forklift to move goods from truck and store at receiving bay/ delivery
• Transact all documents in a timely manner
• Participate in annual stock count and cycle count. Report results to superior
• Practice good housekeeping, discipline and adhere to safety procedures
• Adhere and support company quality, safety and health policies

What we are looking for:
Relevant working experience in Warehouse / Store or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Proficient reading, speaking, written in English.
• Able to work independently under fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of using bar code scanning.
