Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities
Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations:
receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping
of goods.
Receive and process online orders
from multiple channels (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Website).
Ensure
accuracy of order details, quantities, and timely fulfillment
for customer satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse operations
to ensure efficient storage, movement, and retrieval of products.
Supervise and support the team
in picking, packing, and shipping orders according to schedule.
Monitor and manage inventory levels
, ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy.
Conduct
stock receiving activities
, including verification of goods and updating inventory systems.
Coordinate and manage
stock requisitions
to support operational and sales needs.
Maintain proper warehouse layout and organization for space optimization.
Perform
regular stock checks
and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
Work closely with the
procurement and sales teams
to align stock levels with business demand.
Continuously identify and implement
process improvements
for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum
SPM or Diploma
in any field.
1-2 years of experience
in warehouse or inventory management (leadership experience preferred).
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to assist in all warehouse activities.
Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, order systems, or inventory software).
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
Experience in
e-commerce fulfillment (TikTok, Shopee, or online stores)
is an added advantage.
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM
