Job Description

JOB PURPOSE



To assist Operation Executive / Assistant Manager in managing invoices, support delivery planning and administrative work related to warehousing and logistics activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for ensuring all the orders (OBD) are matched with DO and Invoices after picking complete. Assisting Operation Executive in document sorting before order being dispatched. Collaborate with transport partner coordinator in ensuring correct orders being dispatched out from warehouse. Liaise with warehouse outbound team to ensure stock handover or return from hubs are correctly as per delivery document. Ensure adherence to Company's SOP, ISO, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD, GMP, Code of Conduct, 5S and EHS policies. Regularly update leaders on the progress of picking tasks, highlighting any issues or delays that need immediate attention. Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



1-2 years of experience in warehouse environment Knowledge of warehousing operations in terms of billing processes Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
