Prepare and process all delivery orders (DO) for retail store replenishment.Verify outbound items to ensure correct SKU and quantity andensure all shipments to retail stores across West Malaysia are dispatched on time.
2. Retail Store Replenishment -
Receive, review, and process replenishment requests from retail stores alsoplan and allocate stock for each store based on sales performance and inventory levels.Must ensure fast-moving and low-stock items are replenished on time to avoid stock-outs.
3. Reporting & Record Management -
Prepare daily or weekly outbound and replenishment reports.Compile simple sales or stock movement reports for internal use. Update and maintain inventory records in the system accurately.
4. Coordination & Communication -
Work closely with the logistics team to plan delivery schedules. Communicate with retail stores regarding delivery ETAs or any stock issues. Report any stock discrepancies or delays to the supervisor promptly.
5. General Warehouse Duties -
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper arrangement of goods. Follow SOPs for stock movement, storage, and outbound processes.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous warehouse/storekeeping experience is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems).
Good teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
