- Position: Warehouse Administration Assistant.
- Salary: RM 2000-2500.
- Job location: Sungai Penaga Industrial Park, Subang Jaya.
This is a distribution company, specialized in scientific and laboratory equipment. Currently they have a job opening at their warehouse facilities located at Sungai Penaga Industrial Park in Subang Jaya area. This position is permanent in nature and is based at warehouse area and comes with a salary of RM 2000-2500.
Job Responsibilities
This is a full time permanent position based at the Warehouse in Sungai Penaga Industrial Park in Subang Jaya. The role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations. Supporting the operations activities at warehouse, the Operations Administration Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/shipments into and out of the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. Additional duties will include generating reports, cross checking information and general administration duties.
Duties:
- Manage the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse operation activities.
- Administer the booking in and out process, control paper work and input details in system.
- Control and update the stock sheets.
- Manage and file all warehouse paperwork.
- Additional duties will include generating reports, cross checking information and general administration duties.
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
- Malaysian male.
- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeracy skills.
- Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A good 2-3 years of work experience in warehouse administration.
