• Responsibilities include understanding and operating the system (ERP System).
• Unload parcels from delivery trucks, unboxing and counting products.
• Create a location for the products place products according to designated locations.
• Update the number of units received into the system.
• Print and stick SKU labels for each unit of the products.
• Complete packing ALL orders daily from the Picking List after the cut-off time (3 pm).
• Pick products from shelves, pack and sort into parcels.
• Print shipping labels for the right product and customer.
• Deal with returned parcels, check the quality of the returned products, place them back at their designated locations, and update into the system accordingly.
• Perform a weekly stock inventory count.
• IT is the employee's duty to follow the step-by-step process accordingly.
• Ad Hoc matters, perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time
