Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks and other warehouse equipment.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately received, stored and dispatched.
Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate loading and unloading of goods using forklifts, reach trucks and other equipment safely.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize workflow.
