Job Responsibilities

To maintain and inspect all receipts, records, and withdrawals of stock from the stockroom To inspect on stock discrepancies or damages; report to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping To receive, unload, and shelve supplies Daily update receiving and withdrawing stocks into system and submit documents to superior To manage stock packing, pricing, labeling, delivery and moving of stocks for all deliveries; ensure that deliveries and issuance are accurate and timely. To ensure the store in always in the safe, organized and hygiene condition. Weekly stock and inventory monitoring to avoid expiration Ensure the stock is stored in the designated space provided Any other duties as assigned by the respective superior Provide general admin support To safely transport goods to the intended destination for urgent deliveries Obtain signatures to confirm and complete deliveries

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years working experience in storekeeping, inventory control or related field for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field Good organizational skill, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Reliable, responsible and punctual are a must in this company Full time position Must have own transport

Experience:

Administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred) SQL accounting software: 1 year (Required)

Education:

STM/STPM (Preferred)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
