Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Associate Manager / Senior Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The position will need to supervising warehouse staffs, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control. Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams. Coordinate loading/unloading activities and transport logistics. Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse leader/ assistant to ensure high performance. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met. Provide support in resolving team conflicts and performance issues. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks. Maintain accurate inventory records in the system. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. Oversee proper handling and storage of goods, especially hazardous or fragile items. Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in implementing best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean warehouse strategies.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 3-6 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or executive-level role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any Warehouse or Inventory management system. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Forklift license or certification is an advantage.
