Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Verify picked items against picking lists to

ensure correct SKU, quantity, size, and specifications

before packing.

Pack hardware items safely and securely

according to SOP to prevent damage during delivery.

Label, stage, and prepare goods for loading and dispatch

based on delivery sequence.

Confirm that correct items are loaded

onto delivery vehicles according to delivery notes and routes.

Inspect products

for defects, damages, or inconsistencies and report issues immediately. Support

outbound coordination

by communicating with customer service team regarding stock availability, order issues, or urgent deliveries. Assist in

resolving minor order discrepancies or customer-related issues

(e.g., missing items, wrong items picked) through prompt checking and escalation. Work closely with internal teams (pickers, loaders, planners, customer service) to

ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.

Assist in

cycle counts and stock take

to maintain accurate inventory.

Keep the outbound and packing areas clean, organized, and safe

at all times. Follow

warehouse SOPs and safety procedures

when handling heavy or bulky hardware products.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Experience in warehouse operations, especially in outbound or hardware products, is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in checking and packing. Physically fit to handle bulky or heavy items. Basic communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and support customer-related matters. Problem-solving attitude and ability to respond quickly to discrepancies or urgent issues. Willing to work overtime, including weekends or peak seasons. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Basic understanding of warehouse documents (DO, picking list, invoice) is preferred.
