Job Description

1.Responsible for all matters related to documentation, including:

Prepare the required documents for goods delivery (TRF & Transport Memo); Ensure complete documentation when delivering "company use" items to outlets (Expenses Transfer).
2.Check items returned from outlets and ensure the items and quantities match the document (GTN).

3.Prepare documents for goods sold from HQ (cash sales invoice).

4.Prepare documents for shortage items for goods delivered by suppliers to outlets (Debit Note).

5.Maintain proper filing for all warehouse documents.

6.Prepare and verify daily driver documents and manage driver trip counts for commission calculation.

7.Maintain good communication with outlets, drivers, internal warehouse teams and other department.

8.Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
