About the role The Warehouse Clerk ensures efficient operation of the warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials. Key responsibilities Oversee inventory management by accurately inputting data into company systems within set timelines. Verify order details to guarantee accuracy and completeness of all necessary documents for shipment, including Material Request Notes (MRNs). Receive, organize, and dispense materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse. Execute orders by selecting, packaging, and shipping products promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate timely delivery of goods and maintain precise inventory management. Qualifications and skills High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Preferably, previous experience in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and SAP. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Familiarity with inventory management and proficiency in executing inventory control procedures. Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
