Job Description


Key responsibilities Take charge on all activities pertaining Inventory in PG. Investigation on the issues raised. System blocked and write off using sample note. Post goods Issue for every DN dispatched. Assign job for pickers. Acting supporting role for backup . Communicate with Customer service and Transport planning team on revised schedule, truck or container delay and urgent orders. Dealing with Q.A on rework status and block item. Post goods receive, shipping mark, SSCC labels and gate pass. Checks on FG items on quantity and appearance before dispatch. It\'s part of Inspection process to ensure right quantity and quality Pallet utilization / movement. Discrepancy report to CS upon any shortages or damages from container FillingDispatch Notes , Sample note, Consignment note. Qualifications and skills Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related Minimum 2 years\' experience in warehousing. Prior Food industry is a distinct advantage due to the importance of food safety and food manufacturing requirements Experience in Raw Materials & Finished Goods essential Good English language capability essential (both written and oral), for dealing with senior members of staff regarding reporting, queries, etc. Prior experience in warehousing module of SAP is a distinct advantage Strong planning and analytical skills
