TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • To update the SQL system and to ensure the stock records and the physical goods are accurate.
  • Responsible for goods receiving and ensuring that all goods received are in good condition and meet the required standards.
  • Report any non-compliance during stock receipt.
  • Do the monthly stock counts and prepare the reports for records and review.
  • Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records.
  • Perform clerical work for assigned department.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area by ensuring cleanliness and arrangement of items are clean and organized.
  • Provide full cooperation to all individuals and departments.
  • Assist in other tasks as needed and directed

REQUIREMENTS :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
  • Able to Read & Write in English (other language is a bonus)
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
  • Plesant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Full time position available.
